< System Description >


When you want to make a bid for goods at a Japanese auction site...
1.Choose an item you want to bid for at a Japanese auction site and file out an application form.
After you tender a bid at an auction, you can also ask e.T.c for later procedures.
2.File out an application form on e.T.c buyer's page.
Fill in the membership form only at the first time of use.
Your membership number will be issued.
3.When your bid is the highest, you will be informed by e-mail.
4.When you make a successful bid, remit money in US dollars or Japanese Yen by registered mail either in cash or International Postal Money Order (IPMO)
( Remittance to our bank account is available )
The charge includes the bid price,shipping fee from Japan,
insurance and e.T.c's commission fee. The bill converted into US dollars will be invoiced to you. If a seller cannot send an item overseas, e.T.c will mail it to you. In that case,additional Domestic shipping fee will be charged.
5.You will receive an item directly from Japan.
It takes about one or two weeks by air mail, or about one month or two by surface mail.
6.Please let e.T.c know whether you receive the mail by e-mail.
Price
The commission fee is 20% of marchandise amount,$15 minimun per
transaction.Both fees are converted into US dollar using the exchange rate of the day.

we are not responsible for any problems that may occur.


When you want to exhibit an item at a Japanese auction site...
1.Entry an application form and Attach the photograph of the item in jpg file.
2.e.T.c will consider your entry, decide in which category your item fits and exhibit it in the best site.
3.Detailed information will be sent by e-mail.
4.When a bid is successful, the bid price,handling, shipping and our commission sent from your bidder through e.T.c in US dollars or by IPMO.
5.When you receive money, please let e.T.c know by e-mail and send the item to the bidder.
6.The commission fee is 20% of the bid price. (The minimum is US $20.)

1.Choose an item you want to purchase from the sites of Japanese specialized shops.
2.File out an application form on e.T.c buyer's page
Fill in the membership form only at the first time of use. Your membership number
will be issued.
3.e.T.c will negotiate the price with the Japanese shop.
4.Detailed information including the price, shipping fee and insurance fee will be sent to you by e-mail.
5.Please remit money to e.T.c.
Please pay mailing fee by yourself.
6.e.T.c will pay the remittance to the shop and direct them to ship you.
It takes about one or two weeks by air mail,or about one month or two by surface mail.
7.As soon as you receive the item from Japan,please let e.T.c know whether you receive the mail by e-mail.
